Freshman Hard Waiver Form (pdf)
Effective with the Fall 2008 term, all incoming students must show proof of insurance. Students who can not show proof of insurance will be enrolled in the insurance plan provided by the College.
Supplementary Insurance Plan
All students enrolled in 6 or more credit hours are covered under the Supplemental Insurance Plan. This plan provides supplementary coverage during the student's enrollment. This plan covers expenses not paid from the student's primary insurance plan, ie the student's parents plan.
Voluntary Insurance Plan
This plan provides coverage for continuing students who do not have primary insurance through another source. Open enrollment is during the month of October. Continuing students can enroll during the year if there is a qualified event, ie loss of parents insurance. Student Housing Fees
Kendall students living in the Presidential Towers residence halls will contract with Kendall College and housing charges will be processed to their student account. Introductory apartment sizes and rates (per person) are as follows:
• One Bedroom, single occupancy: $6,300 per quarter
• One Bedroom, double occupancy: $3,150 per quarter
• Two Bedroom, quad occupancy: $2,520 per quarter Check Availability
All housing options are billed quarterly (fall/winter/spring/summer) and the housing agreement is binding for one year.
