Dean, Student Affairs
Felicia Shallow Davis is a former Chicago police officer and has over 18 years of professional experience in the public service, culinary and hospitality fields. She oversees operational planning and leadership and supervise career services, student housing, student life and student counseling. She holds a degree in culinary arts and a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, both from Kendall College.
Dean, School of Business
Michelle Coussens has more than 20 years experience in executive management positions and as a cons ultant, business instructor and author. You might recognize Dean Christopher Koetke's name from his weekly guest spots on WGN-TV and appearances on WGN radio shows in Chicago. In addition to his local celebrity status, Dean Koetke has been a culinary instructor at The School of the Culinary Arts of Kendall College since January 1998.
